ABOUT US

red Hyphen Marketing’s portfolio consists of bespoke travel products suited to the discerning South African market. Based in Cape Town, South Africa, and established in 2019, red Hyphen’s experience and knowledge of the South African traveller and the travel industry dates to 2003 when founder, Tracy-Anne Prinsloo, began her journey into the exciting world of travel.

red Hyphen Marketing promotes an exciting product range and along with a focus on professionalism, partnerships and the needs of our clients, our expertise ranges from marketing and operator representation to training and market research.

ABOUT TRACY PRINSLOO

After studying Marketing, Tourism, and Sport Psychology, and while training and traveling, the idea of making people’s travel dreams come true became an opportunity for Tracy, who decided to become a travel agent. A year later, Tracy was promoted to Public Relations Officer where she managed the company’s corporate clients.

   

Tracy’s growth path in the industry leads to her becoming a Business Development Manager for reputable brands such as Beachcomber Tours, LUX, World Leisure Holidays, and Perfect Destinations after which she realized her true passion of entrepreneurship by starting red Hyphen Marketing, where she tapped into carefully selected products for her large client base.

The strong, loyal, and honest relationships Tracy maintains with her clients are by far her biggest strength.  She believes that ‘people do business with people’ and that ‘honesty and kindness go a long way’.
